How it works
Book a consultation with hat maker, Elaine Garrett.
She will measure your head. You will discuss the endless possibilities for a custom hat designed just for you.
What to think about…What does the right and perfect hat look like for you? How do you want to feel wearing this hat? What colour is it? Is it the beginning of a new look to express your authentic style and individuality or is it the finishing touch to complete the look you currently vibe? Perhaps you want a statement piece, for a special event in your life.
At the consultation, there will be a collection of custom made hats that you can try on to help determine what you are looking for in terms of texture, material qualities, what shade of a particular colour that looks best on you. You will have the opportunity to compare how you feel in various crown heights and shapes as well as brim widths and styles. The studio collection of hats will help you visualize the characteristics of what you are looking for in a hat, from clean and simple to wild and complex.
Sometimes it is more about the fit. Is your head larger or smaller than an average head size? Do you have an extra long oval head? Is your face heart shaped or round?
These and many more questions will be answered during your consultation.
